(3) The following personnel are not allowed to apply
1.Failing to adhere to the Party's basic line or to remain consistent with the Central Committee on major political issues;
2.Having received criminal punishment for a crime;
3.Have been dismissed from public office or have been dismissed from government organs, enterprises and institutions for less than five years;
4.Having been punished by Party discipline or government discipline for embezzlement, bribery or leaking state secrets;

(3) Qualification examination

5. Physical Examination

Vi. Investigation
Persons who pass the physical examination shall be identified as the objects of investigation。The contents, standards, procedures and methods of the investigation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Work Rules of Guizhou Civil Servant Recruitment Investigation (Trial)。During the inspection, if there is one of the circumstances listed in the "No examination conditions" in the brief after examination, the inspection conclusion is unqualified and the qualification for entering the next link is cancelled。

(3) Employment

(4) Report
